Our Story

More than a century in the making.

At Alexia Olives, every bottle tells a story that began more than a century ago. Our family's olive-growing heritage traces back to the 1800s, when our great-great-grandfather, Amine Karam, planted the first olive tree seed in the fertile lands of northern Lebanon. What started as a family's dedication to the land has grown into a tradition passed down through generations.

Today, we proudly bring this heritage to your table by importing our premium Lebanese olive oil directly from our small ancestral village of Fih, nestled in the beautiful mountains of the Koura District in northern Lebanon. From the Mediterranean shores, our olive oil travels by boat across the sea, preserving the authentic flavours and craftsmanship that have defined our family for generations.

Fih · Koura District

Shaped by the land.

High in the mountains of the Koura District in northern Lebanon, our small village of Fih has grown olives for centuries. Mediterranean sun, mountain air and ancient terraced groves give our oil its character.

Two soils define the harvest: the region's white soil yields a mild, delicate oil, while its rich red soil produces a bold and robust one.
